The dates for the one day bakery course for the next three months are:

Sunday 19 August 2012

The two day school can follow the Sunday course dates. In addition if Sunday is not convenient, a one day course can be run on the Monday following the above dates. A minimum of three people are required for this.

The module business courses are run on demand with a minimum of two people

We can also provide one or two day bakery school gift vouchers ideal as Xmas or Birthday presents. These are valid for twelve months and can be used for any of our courses.

Due to food events and other business commitments, we are unable to confirm dates for courses during the school holidays at Easter and during the summer. However we can hold a one or two day bespoke baking course for groups of three people or more on specific weekends during this period. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
